Havre.io - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of havre.io ("we", "us", "our", or "the game"). By accessing or playing havre.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not play havre.io.

1. Eligibility

You must follow all applicable laws in your region to play havre.io.
If you use Discord OAuth or Discord Activities, you must meet Discord's eligibility requirements. You must not have an active ban, even if on a different online identity

2. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

You agree that you will NOT:

• Modify the game, inject code, or alter outputs for unfair advantage
• Use cheats, hacks, scripts, bots, or automation tools
• Automate gameplay, matchmaking, or the process of joining games (“botting”)
• Run or control multiple instances simultaneously (“multiboxing”)
• Manipulate network traffic or game communication
• Attempt to bypass moderation or anti-cheat systems
• Deliberately use exploits outside of normal gameplay

3. User Behavior

You may not:

• Promote illegal activity or share illegal material, in text or image form
• Share inappropriate material, in text or image form (commonly known as "Not safe for work")
• Use hate speech, slurs, or harass other players
• Use offensive or inappropriate language or images
• Engage in harmful, threatening, or disruptive behavior.

These rules apply to all player interactions through the game, including but not limited to:

• In-game chat
• In-game usernames
• Tanks, bosses, or other creations made using the sandbox editor, including their content, name and description
• Player profiles

4. Bans

• If you get banned, it means your right to play game has been revoked.
• You may not continue to use the game using other ways to get around the ban.
• If you believe it was a mistake, contact the contact email at the end of these terms, or contact us on the official havre.io discord server

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take action at our discretion, including:

• Revoking your right to play the game temporarily or permanently. (ban)
• Revoking your ability to use the chat temporarily or permanently.
• Revoking your ability to use the sandbox editor temporarily or permanently
• Revoking your ability to use other features temporarily or permanently.
• Removing scores or leaderboard entries
• Any other action we deem necessary to protect fairness, security, and community standards

We are not required to provide justification or explanation for enforcement actions.

6. Availability and Updates

• The game may experience downtime, errors, or interruptions.
• We may update, change, or remove features at any time.
• We may modify or discontinue the game without notice.

You agree we are not liable for any loss caused by outages or changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The game is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We are not responsible for loss of data, gameplay progress, access, or account information.
• We are not liable for damages arising from gameplay, online interactions, or user-generated content.

Your use of the game is at your own risk.
